Cesar Covarrubias Owner/OperatorYears with Company: 2011 Department: Service Manager “The sky is the limit, it’s just how high you want to jump” I have always dreamt of starting something out of nothing. My father owned his own business and was always a firm believer in independence and autonomy through determination. Entrepreneurship is my way of continuing my father’s legacy; it allows me to build something for my family and have something to leave for my sons to continue. Cesar Covarrubias has been an avid co-ed softball player with his wife Gladis, for the past 3 years. He frequently goes ATV off-roading in his Raptor 660 in the northern Wisconsin Trails when he isn’t fulfilling the duties of raising three young boys. He is committed to his family and his community and strives to create new charities and business endeavors to give back, such as a wheelchair donation program called Wheels Of Hope, an Illinois furnace donation program called Heat Up Illinois, and he also volunteers with his family for local charity, Feed My Starving Children.
